I stopped by the other day and was greeted by Speedy John's dad. He said he once was speedy
but now he lets his son be speedy instead. We talked some about how the beach has changed over
the last forty years.
This beach stop offers jet ski rentals with new Hondas and Sea Doos, Speedy John's Go Carts has one and two seaters, Island Palms mini golf, parasail, indoor restrooms and showers. There is a snack bar and the large upper deck is shaded with seating. You might like to just sit there and watch the go carts or parasailers. I pass by every day after work, his place is on Pensacola Sound, right on the water.
