The building is a little run down and the location isn't that great. Many of the locals eat here often and keep coming back. They have been in business for at least thirty years. They are the longest running chinese buffet in Pensacola. The House of Chong lunch buffet is around $5.00. The buffet features poultry, seafood, beef, pork, and veggie dishes. In addition to the cashew chicken, you definitely will want to partake of the sweet & sour pork, dripping in an orange-red sauce. For those who like their Chinese food with a little spicy kick be sure to try out the General Chicken. My wife and I enjoy the food here often and will continue to return here. If seafood is your thing, you have your choice of shrimp and scallops prepared in a variety of ways, from hot with garlic sauce to not so hot with lobster sauce. I like shrimp in garlic sauce myself.
