Peg Leg Petes began as a small oyster bar and diner on Pensacola Beach back in the early 1990s. As fate
would have it, the beach dining spot soon became one of the great dining spots in Pensacola. Friendly
service and quality go hand in hand to bring you a truly enjoyable time out to dinner.
Not only is this restaurant handicapped friendly, they also own the Lafitte Cove Marina located directly behind their building. This means that if you are out boating and wish to stop by for a bite, motor into the marina, tie up, and come on in for that "hit the spot" meal. The Lafitte Marina is quite nice and spacious. There are 5 guest slips and 37 wet slips for boats from

The Pensacola News Journal has given this restaurant several awards that include: Best Place to Take the Kids, Best Oyster Bar, and Best Cajun Food. As far as the live music goes, every night during the summer months local musicians are features along with many nights during the winter.
