Remember, when you go to the beach, don't bring any glass and pets aren't allowed. When you first arrive, look for the colored flags on the flags poles for the current beach conditions. On Pensacola Beach: • Portofino Island Resort: located on Portofino Dr. on the east end of the beach. It offers beaches, galleries, museums, and shopping. • Days Inn Beachfront: This is a great vacation hotel on the beach. You can walk to the beach for your day’s activities. You can also enjoy wireless internet, newspaper, continental breakfast, room service, pool, and local phone calls.
• Comfort Inn: This hotel is on Fort Pickens Road right in the middle of the beach area. The comfortable rooms come equipped with a fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron, wireless internet, and a view. You’ll also enjoy the use of a fitness room, and for the kids there is an inside playground. • Hampton Inn: On the beach with 180 rooms, no pets allowed. Rooms are comfortable and neat with reasonable rates. Thee is a pool, fitness center, and continental breakfast.
• Paradise Inn: At 21 Via de Luna Dr, it is on Pensacola Beach. They have seasonal rates with specials for weekly stays. There is a pool, a dock in the rear, fridge and microwave, hi speed internet service, continental breakfast, and spacious rooms. A private beach is nice along with the bar & grill with a picnic area. Call them up at 850.932.2319 • Five Flags Inn: At 299 Ft. Pickens Road, they are on the beach with Gulf of Mexico views. From what I can find out , this is a great place to stay at the best price. They are pet friendly with microwave and fridge. Some rooms have a whirlpool, and you get free newspapers.
