Pensacola Good Times and Pensacola Night Life are Here.

On this page I will talk about Pensacola good times and Pensacola night life and give you a heads up on what is happening. I remember back when we had Trader John's downtown and Dirty Joe's on the beach. I remember teeny bopper spots such as the Raspberry Balloon at Pace and Fairfield, Machine Gun Kelly's on Scenic Highway. However, that was then and things have changed. So read along and find your night out at the right spot.

I have enjoyed the Pensacola good times for many years, so can you. If you are planning a visit, put some Pensacola good times in your plans, meet some new friends and have a blast.

Feel up to some pizza and good music? Hopjacks Pizza Kitchen and Taproom has both, along with the side dishes. This place serves up Pensacola good times every night. They are open from 11am to 3am seven days a week, located at 10 S. Palafox, downtown. Hopjacks boasts award winning selections of micro and craft beers. Draft Magazine even named us, “One of the top 150 beer bars,” with each location having 200+ beers, a fully stocked bar, and free live music on the weekends. Our Pensacola location has 110 beers on tap alone! For the music portion, they have bands appearing from 9:30pm to 1:30am and never a cover charge. Here is the line-up for the next three months:

Pensacola Night Life and Pensacola Good Times wouldn't be complete without Seville Quarter. For those who haven't been there, it is a special place. Here I have laid it out for you.

1. Let’s start with A: Apple Annie’s, a spacious ballroom and a courtyard just right for special events and holiday gatherings. The courtyard with fountain is a great setting for those pictures you’ll take. Just walk through the arched brick doorway, order some frozen drinks, good times, and you can keep the glasses.

2. End of The Alley Bar and Seville Quarter Courtyard, located across the back of Seville Quarter is a gas lit area with a variety of entertainment on stage. All iron fencing and gates and even Purple Martins to keep the bugs in check.

3. Fast Eddie’s Billiard Parlor is through the swinging doors just north of Lili’s. Just like all of Seville Quarter, the decorations inside each have their own history to tell. The ship’s doors are from old Liberty ships and the ship wheels are from master schooners that made tea and spice runs to China. The chandeliers are also from England. The flooring came from Mobile and the cypress doors from New Orleans. The benches are from the old L&N depot. The Brunswick pool tables are championship quality. Pool Tables: $6/hour Fast Eddie’s Parlor Rules · No Cursing, Spitting or Gambling · One Foot on the Floor At All Times · No Cue Abuse · No Table Abuse Do Not Lift the Table ($125 charge if you do to reset slate & re-level table)

Let's keep the Pensacola Good Times rollin.'

4. Lili Marlene’s World War I Aviators Pub is a favorite place for ladies of Pensacola , business, and professionals to meet. It has it own charm with the warm surroundings. The décor tells its tales and is a great pleasure to look over. If you can sing and don’t mind the crowds, Krazy George host Pensacola’s best karaoke on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in Lily Marlene’s.

Pensacola Good Times, great huh?

5. The Palace Cafe, next to Apple Annies is a great place for morning coffee. Formerly the Palace Oyster Bar, it is filled with very wooden furniture and other items. The cafe is great for pictures.

6. On the west end of Seville Quarter you’ll find a two-story dance club known as Phineas Phogg’s Balloon Works. Iron gates from the old Governor’s Mansion in New Orleans brings out the New Orleans style, take the first entrance on the left of the west alley. You’ll find brick floors and a DJ booth from London. Here you can dance the night away and enjoy the atmosphere.

7. If it is fun you are looking for, then look no further! Rosie O’Grady’s has the Duelling Piano Show, Pensacola’s finest Entertainment show. The piano show is built around 4 of the most talented piano player, singers and all around fun showmen in the south. Not to mention the “Finest” Bar & Wait staff anywhere on the Gulf Coast! The show starts at 8:00pm Wednesday – Saturday You might just be the star of the show!

8. The Pensacola Poker Alliance presents a whole new Texas Hold ’Em event at Seville Quarter. One sessions is hosted every Friday night, the session will be at 6pm. Pensacola, FL: Don’t miss the boat! Plaza de Luna Park at Palafox Pier is the place to be on March 10-11, 2012, The City of Pensacola will host the 1st annual Maritime Festival. The festival will celebrate Pensacola’s maritime history, past, present and future.

The barquentine rig Peacemaker has plans to be in port during the festival offering guided tours for donations. The Peacemaker, first launched in 1989 as the Avany, was built on a riverbank in southern Brazil using traditional methods and the finest tropical hardwoods. The ship is now a seagoing representation of the life of peace and unity that the twelve tribes are living on land in many communities around the world. She provides apprenticeship opportunities for youth to learn many valuable and practical skills, not only in rigging, sail-making, sailing, navigation, marine mechanics and carpentry, but also in living and working together in tight quarters, as well as many cross-cultural experiences traveling from port to port.

Plaza de Luna Park, named after Don Tristan de Luna, the Spanish explorer who established Pensacola in 1559, is easily accessible with plenty of convenient no-pay parking nearby and beautiful views of Pensacola Bay.

Out of town guests staying at Pensacola Hotels are advised to arrive early. Guests can make the most of all that the city has to offer with the nearby local shops and historic attractions. More information on guest accommodations can be found at www.VisitPensacola.com.
